State Government

NM.gov Portal	Official State of New Mexico government portal and directory of all departments and agencies.
Office of the Governor	Office of Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D), currently in her second term (term ends January 2027).
NM Legislature	Bicameral legislature with a 42-member Senate and 70-member House of Representatives. Track bills, sessions, and legislators.

Real Estate & Housing

Resource	Description
NM Real Estate Commission (NMREC)	Operates under the Regulation & Licensing Department. Licenses brokers, enforces the Real Estate License Law, and processes complaints.
Housing New Mexico (MFA)	NM Mortgage Finance Authority provides affordable housing financing, down-payment assistance, and rental programs for low-to-moderate income residents.
