Real Estate and Lifestyle

Real estate in Glenwood is limited to a small number of residential properties, a handful of cabins and lodges catering to outdoor recreation visitors, and rural acreage in the surrounding canyon country. The area attracts buyers seeking proximity to the Gila National Forest, the Gila Wilderness, and the San Francisco River corridor, which supports excellent trout fishing. Properties here offer a lower elevation and warmer year-round climate than Reserve or the upper mountain communities.
