Hello, I’m Kim Stallard from Fort Sumner and I have been in the real estate business since 2000 helping both Buyers and Sellers all over the state.  I became a Qualifying Broker in 2004 and opened my own business at that time.  I love what I do selling all types of real estate (homes, farms, ranches and commercial) however my background is in agriculture. I have a BBA in Agri-Business and an MBA in Management with a banking / auditing background.  As a banker, I learned all aspects of banking with an emphasis in loans and went on to be a national bank examiner for 3 years.  And as a licensed broker, I have a multitude of continuing education hours in real estate related topics to not only satisfy requirements but maximize my knowledge base for my buyers and sellers.

I have lived in eastern New Mexico most of my life having grown up in Melrose (maiden name Christesson) and later in Fort Sumner being here since 1989.  I am married to John Stallard (BBA from ENMU), also a broker in our office and have 2 adult sons.  John and I live in the Fort Sumner valley farming and ranching along with real estate.  Both my sons went to Fort Sumner Schools and were athletes participating in all sports locally and rodeoing.  They both went on to college with one getting a BBA and the other a BBA and MBA.

With my education and background, I help both Buyers and Sellers.  If you are a Buyer and don’t know where to begin, let me help guide you.  Knowing and optimizing your financial position before buying can save you a lot of money.  As a Seller, I can help you prepare to sell your property and optimize your outcome with a smooth transition.  Knowledge is key in preparing for any transaction.

So check out my website, RanchesEtc.com where I have information on most of my listings, however there are a few people who want to sell but prefer a little more privacy so when you call, be sure to ask if there are other places for sale fitting your needs.  And if I don’t have it, I will find it.  I strive to do the best I can for my customers and clients.  Let me help you with your real estate needs.
